Susan Wheeler
Susan Wheeler has extensive background in creating, launching and managing businesses. Her experience in Business Strategy, Product Management, Product Marketing, Sales, Research and Development and Operations provides her with the ability to identify issues and discuss topics which cross organizational boundaries.

Susan has 20 years of experience working with teams in large corporations and small companies in both public and private sectors. Before joining Pathfinder Consulting Solutions, she held a number of senior level marketing and product management positions at the following companies: General Electric, AT&T, Interliant and Pandesic. While with AT&T, she led a cross-functional team of over 70 professionals in the formulation and implementation of a $22B business plan.

As a Principal with Pathfinder Consulting Solutions, Susan works with senior managers to help them re-focus on their most profitable markets. She helps emerging and established companies identify, focus on and implement targeted business strategies in highly competitive environments. She also specializes in identifying operational improvements using value chain and gap analysis and crafting strategic, business and marketing plans that focus on specific and attainable goals.

Susan has developed and delivered training to functional organizations including Sales Channels and Operations. Over the past 3 years, Susan has taught graduate and undergraduate Management, Marketing, Public Relations and e-Business courses. She has developed and delivered a Business Planning course for the Sacramento Metropolitan Chamber of Commerce targeted at business owner and managers. Susan has also created course content for and taught at University of California, Davis and will be teaching a Business Planning course there in February 2004. Susan holds a Bachelors of Science from U.C. Berkeley in Computer Science and an MBA from Columbia University.

Rebekah Donaldson
Drawing on experience as a business writer and reacting against years of experience in "traditional" agencies, Rebekah Donaldson set out in 2001 to establish an unpretentious organization fluent in marketing strategy, public relations, lead generation, and web technologies.

Five years later, her venture, Business Communications Group (www.bizcomgrp.com), is the number one all-B2B full service marketing and public relations agency in the Sacramento region. The firm offers a one-stop-shop to clients who need to supplement or outsource their marketing department with the goal of gaining visibility, leads, new markets, and bigger deals. Through it, Donaldson has in served AeA, Cisco, InfoPros, Interactive Intelligence, SOS, and SureWest as well as prominent B2B professional services firms in lobbying, healthcare technology, executive search, and market research.

Donaldson is a leading business-to-business communications expert and an experienced marketer of B2B technology firms — particularly those in IP communications, telecom, enterprise software integration and security. The American Marketing Association recognized her in 2006 for integration of marketing and sales at client companies. Her advice appears in Bacon's 'Navigator,' American City Business Journals, and other outlets. She has served on the regional boards of AeA, National Association of Women Business Owners (NAWBO), and Public Relations Society of America (PRSA).

Currently, she represents the Sacramento region on the Executive Committee of the Silicon Valley/Northern California Council of AeA, the nation's largest technology trade assocation. She is a member of the Sacramento Regional Technology Alliance (SARTA), AMA, SPRA, and Capitol Region Writer's Bloc, a group of freelance journalists. Donaldson holds a master's in Philosophy from UC Davis and a bachelor's in Philosophy from University of Rochester.

Sandy Wells
Sandy Wells has over 20 years of management experience in a variety of industries including aerospace, technology, healthcare, retail, manufacturing, and government entities. She brings a unique set of skills to the Pathfinder team, specifically Leadership & Executive Development, Organization Development, Strategic Planning, Organizational Assessment and Survey Feedback, and Process Consultation and Facilitation.

During her career, she has facilitated strategic planning in Fortune 500 organizations and led organizational leaders through a process to increase collaboration, enhance decision-making, and facilitate cultural and business process integration in mergers and joint ventures. Her expertise in developing and leading organizations through system-wide corporate culture development and transformation has been recognized as a "Best Practice" in Linkage's Best Practices in Organization Development and Change (Wiley Publishers, 2001). Sandy has also conducted large-scale implementations such as the development of a corporate eLearning strategy for a 65,000 person retail organization.

Ms. Wells' educational background includes a B.A. Latin American Studies/History, SUNY Stony Brook, an M.S. Adult Education and Leadership, Kansas State University, and an Ed.D. Organization Development, North Carolina State University. She is also certified in the Lominger Organizational Suite, Center for Creative Leadership assessment tools, Campbell assessment tools, Grid OD, FIRO-B, and the Myers-Briggs Profile.

Catherine L. Ershen
Ms. Ershen has diverse industry experience and has provided solutions to the biotechnology and pharmaceutical, food, pulp and paper, and chemical, oil and gas industries.

Ms. Ershen has 20 years of experience in sales leadership and project management. She has the technical, business, people and management expertise to drive bottom line results. Over a five-year period, she revitalized her sales territory growing revenue through relationship selling from non-existent to exceeding plan. She led a cross-functional team bringing a multi-million dollar project in, on time and 27% below budget. Catherine has provided marketing consulting services and solutions for a variety of public and private companies as well as non-profit organizations. She has developed and delivered training for sales team members, operations, and organizational boards. The companies Ms. Ershen has worked with include Propack Data Corporation, Corn Products International and the Foxboro Company.

Catherine holds an MBA from the University of California at Davis with concentrations in Marketing and Information Technology and a BSChE from Washington University in St. Louis, MO.
